For auto repair shops

Check engine light,
Sunday night.

Your bay is closed and their week starts in twelve hours. Your front desk tells them whether it's safe to drive, and puts them in your Monday schedule.

$47 a month after the trial. Card on file, nothing charged for 14 days, cancel in one click.

See it on your own site first

Type your web address. Ten seconds later you're looking at your real shop site with a working front desk on it. No email, no signup, no call.

While you slept

Three messages your phone would have missed.

Every one of these is the shape of a real after-hours message. Your front desk answers all of them, in your words, using your prices.

9:05 PM

Check engine light, steady not flashing. Told them to drive it in, booked Monday at 8.

A Monday morning bay filled on Sunday night.
7:22 AM

Brakes grinding on the way to work. Got the car, the year, and the symptom before the shop opened.

A $620 brake job, diagnosed before you unlocked the door.
10:48 PM

Somebody buying a used truck wanted a pre-purchase inspection this week.

The inspection that turns into a customer for ten years.
Try it, not a video of it

This is the actual product, answering right now.

Ask it what you'd ask if you were the customer. Prices, hours, an emergency at midnight. It only knows what this made-up shop's website says, which is exactly how yours will work.

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't answer your phone. It's text chat on your website, and it's very good at that. Voice is coming, and it isn't here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise while you're deciding.

Straight answers

The questions auto repair shops actually ask.

Can it diagnose over chat?

No, and it says so. It asks the right questions, tells them whether to drive it, and books the diagnostic.

Does it quote repairs?

It quotes your published diagnostic fee and says the real number comes after somebody looks. Nothing else.

What about the flashing light?

It tells them to stop driving. That one costs a catalytic converter and it's not a judgment call.

How long does setup take?

You give your website address at checkout, it reads your site, and your front desk knows your business before the welcome email lands. Then one line of code goes on your site. On WordPress it's a plugin and there's no code at all. Most people are live in under ten minutes.

What if it says something wrong?

Tell it what to fix from your dashboard and rescan your site. It only knows what your site says, so most wrong answers are a page on your site that's out of date.
