For locksmiths

Locked out at midnight,
they take the first answer.

People locked out of their own house message every locksmith on the map and take the first real answer. Your front desk answers with your real rates and your real hours, gets the callback number, and holds the job until you pick it up.

$47 a month after the trial. Card on file, nothing charged for 14 days, cancel in one click.

See it on your own site first

Type your web address. Ten seconds later you're looking at your real locksmith site with a working front desk on it. No email, no signup, no call.

While you slept

Three messages your phone would have missed.

Every one of these is the shape of a real after-hours message. Your front desk answers all of them, in your words, using your prices.

12:40 AM

Locked out of the house with the stove still on. Wanted to know how fast you can come and what it costs.

An after-hours lockout is $120 to $180, won by the first answer.
9:05 PM

Closing on a house Friday. Asked what a whole-house rekey runs and if you can come Saturday.

A $200 rekey, plus every lock job that house ever needs.
7:10 AM

Store manager with a jammed storefront deadbolt and staff standing on the sidewalk.

Fix a business's door once and you're their locksmith.
Try it, not a video of it

This is the actual product, answering right now.

Ask it what you'd ask if you were the customer. Prices, hours, an emergency at midnight. It only knows what this made-up shop's website says, which is exactly how yours will work.

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't answer your phone. It's text chat on your website, and it's very good at that. Voice is coming, and it isn't here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise while you're deciding.

Straight answers

The questions locksmiths actually ask.

Does it quote lockouts?

It quotes the service call and lockout rates you publish, and it's straight with people that a damaged lock can change the number on site.

What does it get from a lockout call?

A name, a callback number and the address, every time. That's exactly what you want on record before anybody's lock gets drilled.

I'm a one-van shop. Do I need this?

One van means every lockout you're on is two more you can't answer. The desk catches the other two and books them behind it.

How long does setup take?

You give your website address at checkout, it reads your site, and your front desk knows your business before the welcome email lands. Then one line of code goes on your site. On WordPress it's a plugin and there's no code at all. Most people are live in under ten minutes.

What if it says something wrong?

Tell it what to fix from your dashboard and rescan your site. It only knows what your site says, so most wrong answers are a page on your site that's out of date.
