Will it make medical claims I can't back up?+

No. The bot is trained only on what's on your website. It quotes the prices and services you publish. If a client asks about contraindications, dosing, or anything clinical it doesn't have explicit content on, it says "let me have the nurse injector call you back tomorrow" and texts you the lead. The boundary is hard-coded.

What about HIPAA?+

The Pro tier is HIPAA-considerate by design. The bot doesn't ask for medical history, current medications, or any PHI. It only collects what a public-facing inquiry form would collect (name, phone, service interest, preferred time). Anything clinical is routed to a callback.
