For dental practices

A broken tooth
at eleven at night.

Toothaches don't wait for office hours, and the practice that answers first gets the patient. Your front desk answers, and fills the emergency slot you hold every morning.

$47 a month after the trial. Card on file, nothing charged for 14 days, cancel in one click.

See it on your own site first

Type your web address. Ten seconds later you're looking at your real practice site with a working front desk on it. No email, no signup, no call.

While you slept

Three messages your phone would have missed.

Every one of these is the shape of a real after-hours message. Your front desk answers all of them, in your words, using your prices.

11:07 PM

Broke a molar on popcorn, in real pain. Booked into the emergency slot you hold at 8am.

An emergency exam and, usually, a crown.
7:35 AM

New patient asked whether you take her plan before she'd commit to booking.

The question that ends most booking attempts, answered.
9:55 PM

Parent booking two kids for cleanings on the same afternoon.

Two chairs filled from one message at night.
Try it, not a video of it

This is the actual product, answering right now.

Ask it what you'd ask if you were the customer. Prices, hours, an emergency at midnight. It only knows what this made-up shop's website says, which is exactly how yours will work.

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't answer your phone. It's text chat on your website, and it's very good at that. Voice is coming, and it isn't here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise while you're deciding.

Straight answers

The questions dental practices actually ask.

Can it check insurance?

It takes the plan name and tells them your office will confirm it before the visit. It never guesses at coverage, because a wrong answer there costs you the patient.

Does it give clinical advice?

No. It gets them in and tells them what to do until then, using what your site already says.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

It's a website chat, so treat it like your website: it takes a name, a number and a reason to book. Don't invite anybody to send records through it, and it won't ask for any.

How long does setup take?

You give your website address at checkout, it reads your site, and your front desk knows your business before the welcome email lands. Then one line of code goes on your site. On WordPress it's a plugin and there's no code at all. Most people are live in under ten minutes.

What if it says something wrong?

Tell it what to fix from your dashboard and rescan your site. It only knows what your site says, so most wrong answers are a page on your site that's out of date.
