For towing companies

The 2am breakdown
can't wait until morning.

Somebody's on the shoulder with the hazards on and an engine that won't turn over. They message every tow company their phone shows. Yours answers first, gets the location and the vehicle, and tells them what the hook costs.

$47 a month after the trial. Card on file, nothing charged for 14 days, cancel in one click.

See it on your own site first

Type your web address. Ten seconds later you're looking at your real towing site with a working front desk on it. No email, no signup, no call.

While you slept

Three messages your phone would have missed.

Every one of these is the shape of a real after-hours message. Your front desk answers all of them, in your words, using your prices.

2:14 AM

Alternator died on the county highway two towns over. Wanted to know how fast you can hook it and what the tow home costs.

An after-hours tow is $150 to $300 and it goes to whoever answers.
11:30 PM

Keys locked in a running car outside the bar. Asked if you do lockouts.

A $75 lockout booked in about ninety seconds.
5:45 AM

Shop owner needs a dead pickup moved off his lot before eight. Asked for a flatbed.

Commercial accounts start with one answered message.
Try it, not a video of it

This is the actual product, answering right now.

Ask it what you'd ask if you were the customer. Prices, hours, an emergency at midnight. It only knows what this made-up shop's website says, which is exactly how yours will work.

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't answer your phone. It's text chat on your website, and it's very good at that. Voice is coming, and it isn't here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise while you're deciding.

Straight answers

The questions towing companies actually ask.

Does it dispatch my trucks?

No. It isn't hooked to your trucks. It answers, quotes the rates you publish, gets the location and the vehicle, and hands you a ready call instead of a missed one.

Can it price a tow?

It quotes your published hook and per-mile rates. If you don't publish rates, it takes the details and says you'll confirm the number.

Most stranded people call. Why chat?

Voice isn't here yet, so it won't catch the ones who only dial. It catches the ones who found your website, and at 2am an answered chat beats a full voicemail box.

How long does setup take?

You give your website address at checkout, it reads your site, and your front desk knows your business before the welcome email lands. Then one line of code goes on your site. On WordPress it's a plugin and there's no code at all. Most people are live in under ten minutes.

What if it says something wrong?

Tell it what to fix from your dashboard and rescan your site. It only knows what your site says, so most wrong answers are a page on your site that's out of date.
